How do I take care of my jewelry?

Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth or jewelry cloth and gently rub the surface in a circular motion to clean. Make sure it is fully dry before returning to its box or airtight bag for storage. Avoid using a silver cloth as it will remove the gold plating

 

How fast will my order ship?

 

We typically ship all web orders within 3-5 business days that they are placed. Orders will be fulfilled through USPS and arrive to you within 3 business days from the date it has shipped. 

Pre-orders will shipped approximately 20 days after orders are made.

US orders- we offer free domestic shipping for orders $100 and over. Otherwise, we offer $3.99 shipping.

When will my pre-order ship?

All pre-order items should have their estimated ship date noted on the product page, and in your order confirmation email. If you can’t find it, email shopminimo.us@gmail.com for more information.

 

How do I cancel or update my order?

Please email shopminimo.us@gmail.com and we can handle this for you! Try to email us before 2pm EST so we can insure that it is changed before we ship your order out.

How do I return or exchange my order?

to get started. You will need your order number + shipping zip code. Your order number can be found on either your email confirmation or packing slip, included in your order. 

Sales Items are non-refundable or returnable.
